I work across product, AI research, and technology, usually on problems where the information already exists but the infrastructure around it doesn't.
Right now I'm building Perks, a sourced global database of what companies actually offer employees before they take the job.
I also research AI behaviour through Agentic Diaries, co-run BASE64 in Dubai, and read for an MSc in Computer Science at Heriot-Watt.
I got pregnant and discovered how little I knew about the company I'd joined. There was no real HR. I got pushback for doctor's appointments. I was told to use two weeks of my own vacation to recover from giving birth, even though I was entitled to more.
The offer letter told me what I'd be paid. It didn't tell me what working there would actually be like.
Years later I built the thing I wish I'd had. Perks is sourced, dated, global, and free to read.
